We do make a distinction when we look at level of expertise and required skills. Working in the Netherlands automatically means Senior level. Working from Mumbai, than we can deliver additional junior of medior people to the senior role.
We always look for the best match for the company, and its team. That is why we always start with senior level. Our level definitions are:

We do speak Dutch fluently, and we are always at arm’s length and within reasonable time at your office if needed since we operate from Amsterdam. Business contracts are with a Dutch BV, with a normal Dutch invoice with VAT, and all business documentation is in Dutch (or English if wanted) and under Dutch law.
